Carrie Scott is the President and Founder of PeopleSource Placement Professionals. She started her career over 7 years ago with a small firm in Manhattan Beach, where she was consistently the top producer as well as the sales manager. Since she was so successful and always up for a challenge, Carrie started her own firm, PeopleSource, in 1998. PeopleSource is a permanent placement firm that places individuals with high caliber companies in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, New Media, Human Resources, Administrative/Operations as well as Advertising. Carrie is currently the Vice President for CAPC (California Association of Personnel Consultants) and has also served as a Program Chairman, Secretary and the State Director. She attended USC where she majored in Economics. She has a great staff and her business is growing and more successful than ever. Leslie Kulkin began her career in the staffing industry in 1996 in a Manhattan Beach firm where she worked as Carrie Scott's Assistant. She joined PeopleSource in March of 2000, where she oversees the office as the Office Manager. Prior to working in the staffing industry she worked in the entertainment industry and has extensive management experience. Carolyn Rothstein joined PeopleSource in the beginning of 2000. After graduating from UCLA with a Bachelors degree in English, she worked in the entertainment industry and has extensive experience in Marketing and Sales. While searching for a position in Marketing and Sales, she was invited to join a firm in West LA as a Recruiter. Trained in placing higher level finance executives, Carolyn has placed many CFO's, VP's of Finance, Directors and Controllers. Now with PeopleSource, she works as a generalist and truly enjoys recruiting for all levels of positions in Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, HR, Advertising and of course, Accounting and Finance. Tammy Scott launched her career in the staffing industry 5 years ago after she graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Psychology. Her start in the industry began in the area of temporary staffing, placing candidates in general office, administration and general accounting fields. She then moved into outside sales where she found success building long-term business relationships with top companies in the Los Angeles area. She joined the PeopleSource team as a Recruiter in 1999 and her diversified background in the industry is already helping companies to grow and candidates to succeed. Kristy Abbott joined PeopleSource in the beginning of 2001 as the Executive Assistant to the President, Carrie Scott. She is currently attending El Camino College and is working towards transferring to a four year University. She first came to PeopleSource as a candidate, so she has experienced the recruiting process from both angles. She is enjoying her education under Carrie Scott's tutelage and is looking forward to her career at PeopleSource. Mark Williamson joined the PeopleSource team in 2001 after a very successful run in the IT recruiting field. He was the top producer as well as the sales manager with a small firm specializing in difficult to find candidates. Mark's motto is to "find the right person for the job." Mark has worked with Entertainment, Sales, Internet, Healthcare, Insurance, and Technology industries and plans to add more to his repertoire. Mark hopes to bring his recruiting experience along with his extensive background in outside F500 sales to make a positive contribution to the PeopleSource team as a generalist. Mark received his BA in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. Bridget Toomey joined PeopleSource as a Recruiter in July of 2001, she is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelors degree in Communications. She is currently perusing her masters degree in Business Administration at Pepperdine University. Most recently she served as the Director of Promotions in the Athletics department at the University of Virginia and is now contributing to the success of PeopleSource.
